Clinical autonomy for our dentists is paramount to our group. We want doctors to have the freedom to practice dentistry how they choose and lead their office team. Each dentist will have a dedicated patient base from day one and will be busy and successful immediately. We do not have dentists simply accept the excess of a busy doctor, they are the primary dentist for an existing patient pool. 

By design we provide background functions such as HR, bill paying, facilities and equipment maintenance, IT, supplies negotiation and anything else that the dentist and their office needs. This allows our doctors to simply focus on the clinical dentistry and being your best.
